Buyback Policy: Tri-State Assets will buy qualified coins, metals, stones originally acquired through Tri-State Assets for the buyback price. The buyback price is defined as the price that Tri-State Assets might immediately realize by selling the coin to another dealer on a wholesale basis, plus applicable shipping costs.

When selling to Tri-State Assets these policies apply: Once we have issued a confirmation number, the price is locked in for you and the transaction may not be cancelled, but only offset at our current buyback price. Items must be received within 2 days after you receive your confirmation number. After 2 days your transaction is considered cancelled and any deficit between the price at which we bought from you and the offsetting purchase price and/or prices, is your responsibility, should we fail to receive items within the period specified at the time of the transaction. That amount will be charged to you, plus a $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee.
